Managing Your Account

Nominee Service

Our facility designed for holding your shares electronically is referred to as a Nominee Service. The Computershare Sharedealing Nominee Service is offered alongside a dealing account.

The Nominee Service allows you to buy and sell shares as normal. All your share holdings will then be held electronically by our Nominee Company. This ensures that your holdings are held safe and secure and you don't have to forward share certificates in the post every time you make a trade.

When you sell shares held in your Nominee Account, we will ensure they are delivered to the market on the settlement day and make sure you receive the sale proceeds on time.

There are no transfer forms for you to complete for a sale, so there is less paper work for you to do.

Cash Management Service

The Cash Management Services Account is not only a more efficient way to settle your sharedealing transactions, it may also earn you interest on your money at the same time.

You have immediate access to any cleared share sale proceeds, so you can decide whether to re-invest your funds or enjoy the interest you will receive on your cash balance.
